Overview

Handle daily administrative tasks in the office; Support the Country Manager in daily duties; Generate and run reports using spreadsheets; Collect data and utilize various tracking tools; Conduct research and manage special projects as necessary, including health and safety projects; Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees; Arrange business travel, including flights and accommodation; Plan and organise meetings; Manage office logistics, including client gift arrangements; Organise and manage logistics for internal and external events, scheduling and execution (i.e.: Meet-up, holiday party, annual team development event & happy hours); Consolidate invoices for various accounts and preparing accompanying paperwork; Manage documentation workflows using tools such as DocuSign and Kissflow; Collaborate closely with other departments to support operational needs; Cooperate with suppliers, vendors, and external service providers, including payroll and accountancy companies;
