Role Description
The Founder will provide strategic vision, define long-term goals, and ensure the sustainable growth of ENTREPRISE CHARLES BILZ in the roofing and waterproofing sector.
This full-time remote role involves overseeing business development, maintaining key client relationships, and guiding brand positioning in existing and new markets.
The Founder will supervise financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking, collaborating with operational leaders to ensure project quality and customer satisfaction.
Daily tasks include setting priorities, reviewing strategic initiatives, coordinating with partners and stakeholders, and making decisions on investments, services, and innovation opportunities.
The Founder will also foster a culture of safety, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strategic leadership and business management skills, including long-term planning, decision-making, and organizational development
- Experience in operations oversight, project coordination, and process improvement in construction, roofing, or related industries
- Financial acumen with skills in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to lead remote teams, delegate effectively, and build a collaborative, inclusive work environment
- Knowledge of roofing, waterproofing, or building services is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
- Fluency in French; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
