Role Description
The Administrative Manager at Êxito Supermercados will oversee day-to-day administrative operations to support store efficiency and customer service.
This part-time, hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.
Responsibilities
include coordinating office procedures, managing schedules and meetings, maintaining records and documentation, and overseeing general office supplies and vendor relationships.
The Administrative Manager will assist with basic budgeting and expense tracking, support HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding documentation and attendance records, and prepare regular reports for management.
The role also involves ensuring compliance with internal policies, supporting internal communication between departments, and identifying opportunities to streamline administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and document management.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, email, and calendars).
- Ability to assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and basic financial reporting.
- Experience supporting HR processes such as maintaining personnel files, coordinating onboarding paperwork, and tracking attendance is beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, vendors, and management.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a hybrid work environment.
- Previous experience in retail, supermarkets, or fast-paced customer-centric environments is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to creating an inclusive and respectful workplace.
