This part-time hybrid role, based in Abu Dhabi, allows for a combination of on-site and remote work.
The Administrative Manager will manage and oversee daily administrative operations, ensure organizational efficiency, and provide support to various departments.
Tasks include coordinating schedules, managing office operations, maintaining records and documents, developing administrative processes, and communicating effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage schedules, documentation, and daily operations efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members, executives, and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address administrative challenges effectively
- Experience in managing hybrid work models and ensuring operational efficiency is preferred
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is highly desirable
