Role Overview

We're looking for an organized and reliable Administrative & Government Relations Associate to support our KSA entity across government portal administration and billing operations.

This is an entry-level role suited for someone early in their career who is comfortable navigating Saudi government systems (Iqama, GOSI, Qudra, and other portals) alongside structured finance support tasks.

If you're detail-oriented, comfortable working across government platforms, and enjoy variety in your day-to-day work, this role offers strong exposure to both HR/PRO administration and finance operations in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

*1. Government Portal Administration*

  • Manage Iqama issuance, renewal, and cancellation processes for employees
  • Handle GOSI registration, updates, and monthly contribution submissions
  • Process and track Qudra (Nitaqat/localization) program requirements and submissions
  • Liaise with relevant KSA government portals (Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, Qiwa) for employee documentation and compliance updates
  • Maintain accurate records of employee work permits, visas, and government-related documentation
  • Track expiry dates for Iqamas, work permits, and other compliance documents, flagging renewals in advance
  • *2.
  • Billing Support*
  • Assist in preparing and issuing customer invoices using Zoho Books (KSA)
  • Support validation of pricing against signed agreements
  • Help maintain the invoice tracker (amounts, due dates, payment status)
  • Support reconciliation of incoming payments against invoices in Zoho
  • *3.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination*
  • Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure compliance and billing deadlines are met
  • Communicate with employees regarding documentation requirements and status updates
  • Escalate any compliance or billing discrepancies to the relevant team lead

Requirements

  • *Must-Have*
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, HR support, government relations, or billing role (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Familiarity with KSA government portals (Qiwa, Absher, GOSI) is a plus, but not required
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Saudi national
