About This Role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for camp residents and address their concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers for maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and other services.
- Handle staff complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities (Wi-Fi, recreation areas, etc.).
- Oversee food services to ensure quality, hygiene, and nutritional standards.
- Ensure service providers meet contractual and quality requirements.
- Maintain records of deliveries, parcels, and camp-related documentation.
- Support resident check-in and check-out processes.
- Facilitate communication between management, service providers, and staffs.
- Prepare reports on camp operations, issues, and staff’s feedback.
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Monitor safety practices and report any risks or violations.
- Performing any other duties/projects in line with person’s physical and mental abilities to carry out such task assigned by supervisor from time to time to meet business expectations.
Education
- – Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Work Experience – 2–4 years of proven experience in camp management or facilities management
- Specific Skills –
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance systems (AC, electrical, plumbing).
- Organized with good record-keeping and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (Hindi, Urdu, Arabic) are a plus.
