Juventus Academy Dubai supports young footballers in taking their first steps into the sport by training them in the internationally recognized Juventus method.
The academy emphasizes high-quality coaching delivered by Italian FIGC and UEFA licensed coaches, many of whom hold degrees in physical education and have experience as former professional players and academy coaches.
All coaches are formally approved by Juventus FC, ensuring consistency with the club’s standards and philosophy.
The International Area Manager of Juventus regularly visits the UAE to oversee and enhance program quality.

Role Description
The Administrative Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the academy’s management and coaching staff.
Daily tasks include managing schedules and calendars, coordinating meetings and events, handling phone and email inquiries, and maintaining accurate records and databases.
The role also involves preparing documents and reports, supporting registration and enrollment processes, and ensuring smooth office operations and front-desk coordination.
The Administrative Executive collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, assists with communication to families and partners, and contributes to the overall efficiency and organization of the academy.
Qualifications
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to support leadership and daily office operations.
- Solid General Administration capabilities, including document management, data entry, and basic office procedures.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact professionally with families, coaches, and external partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with email and calendar tools.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office coordination role, preferably in sports, education, or youth programs.
- Ability to organize workloads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (such as Arabic or Italian) are an advantage.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and commitment to supporting a youth-focused sports environment.
