To strengthen our leadership team in Doha, we are seeking an experienced **Administrative Director** to oversee administrative operations and ensure organizational efficiency.
Role Overview
The **Administrative Director** will be responsible for managing administrative functions, optimizing processes, and supporting strategic initiatives.
This role requires strong leadership, organizational expertise, and the ability to align administrative operations with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations across departments.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic planning and execution.
- Lead and mentor administrative staff to achieve performance excellence.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare reports on administrative performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across organizational processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 10–12 years of experience in administration or operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing complex administrative functions.
- Strong knowledge of organizational policies, compliance frameworks, and resource management.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Pay: Up to QAR21,000.00 per month
