• Supervise content creation for job alerts and training materials.
• Maintain relationships with partner companies.
• Monitor data-driven HR and automation tools to improve service delivery.
• Lead brand development and coordinate marketing initiatives.
• Guide a small team or collaborators and maintain consistent community support.
• Contribute hands-on to platform improvements and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Strong background in HR, talent acquisition, or career development, with experience managing or building HR-related services.
• Skills in business strategy, entrepreneurship, and operations management.
• Competence with job portals, social media, and basic data or automation tools for HR processes.
• Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Training program design, career coaching, or professional development services experience is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, make data-informed decisions, and manage multiple remote projects.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent entrepreneurship or HR leadership experience is valued.
