Key Responsibilities

  • · Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
  • · Greet and direct visitors and operate the front door entry system.
  • · Pick up, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • · Coordinate the flow and distribution of work order packets.
  • · Perform data entry and maintain accurate company records.
  • · Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
  • · Prepare, copy, scan, distribute, and file documents as needed.
  • · Provide general administrative and clerical support to employees and departments.
  • · Assist with routine office tasks and special projects as needed.
  • · Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • · High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • · Valid WI driver’s license
  • · Previous administrative, clerical, receptionist, or office experience preferred.
  • · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • · Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • · Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • · Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • · Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle company information.
  • · Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements

  • · Ability to perform prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
  • · Ability to frequently stand, walk, reach, bend, and perform other movements associated with general office duties.
  • · Ability to operate standard office equipment.
  • · Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • · Ability to travel locally as needed to perform duties such as picking up and delivering mail.
