Overview
Safe Gate Technical Inspection is seeking a highly organized and proactive **Administrative Assistant / Operations Coordinator** to support our daily operations and coordinate inspection and training activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule inspection and training requests with clients and inspectors/trainers.
- Liaise with clients to confirm appointments and communicate schedule updates.
- Prepare job schedules, work orders, certificates, reports, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, training sessions, and certifications.
- Follow up on pending jobs to ensure timely completion and document submission.
- Coordinate with technical, quality, and accounts teams on completed jobs and invoicing requirements.
- Handle client inquiries professionally and provide administrative support to the operations team.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure company records are up to date.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in administration, operations coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
- Experience in a third-party inspection, certification, engineering, or training company is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Relevant experience (including outside UAE) is acceptable; UAE freshers are welcome to apply.

- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mussafah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
