Overview

1.

Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and confidential documents

2.

Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, and saving of documents

3.

Liaise with sales and operations manager to ensure operations smoothness

4.

Create, maintain, and update information in reporting tools on daily, weekly and monthly basis

5.

Manage and work with a team of Executives, Supervisors, Team Leaders

6.

To coordinate with subsidiaries on the signing of documents, collecting and sending supporting documents

7.

Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other business-related materials.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, email correspondence, and phone calls professionally.

8.

Maintain efficient documentation and filing system

9.

Provide general and ad-hoc office administrative support & cleanliness.

10.

Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned also add on

11.

Liaise with suppliers, contractors and relevant stakeholders to procure materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
