Role Overview
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day processing of tickets, invoices, and employee timesheets to ensure they are completed in an effective, up to date, and accurate manner.
The position requires strong leadership skills as well as attention to detail and a high degree of prioritizing efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer phones and greet customers
- Complete A/R and A/P functions
- Organize files
- Create correspondence
- Prepare reports
- Sort mail and prepare invoices
- Process new hires by working with the Human Resources department
- Assist with project management: reviewing timesheets, invoicing, contacting vendors, obtaining permits, arranging travel, etc.
- Individuals will be expected to complete ProLift Specific, Regulatory and Identified Equipment training through our internal LMS system.
- Individuals may be asked/required to complete 3rd party and customer required training to gain on-site access.
- Other duties as assigned/requested.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be self-motivated, attentive and thorough (meticulous/conscientious)
- Must be able to plan, organize and execute daily requirements
- Must be organized, able to multi-task and team-oriented
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must pass a drug test and background check
- Education:
- HS diploma or equivalent
