Clear Path is looking for a reliable and proactive **Administrative Assistant** to join our team.
This is a new position supporting our logistics and transport operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has experience in both administration and the logistics/transport sector.
Key Requirements
- **Minimum 2 years of Admin experience** (office administration, documentation, coordination)
- **Experience in Logistics or Transport** is mandatory
- Excellent English communication skills – must **speak English clearly** and professionally
- Own visa (No visa sponsorship provided)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks and office operations
- Manage documentation, permits, and logistics-related paperwork
- Coordinate with transport teams, drivers, and clients
- Maintain records, schedules, and reports
- Support team with emails, calls, and follow-ups
- Other admin duties as assigned
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
