Role Description
The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah.
This team member supports daily office operations, including managing correspondence, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records and files.
The role involves preparing basic reports and documents, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth communication within the office.
The Administrative Assistant also assists executives with calendar management, travel arrangements, and follow-up on tasks, while providing general clerical support to uphold an organized and efficient workplace.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to handle scheduling, documentation, and office coordination.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to manage inbound and outbound calls and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership with calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email, spreadsheets) and comfort working with office equipment.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, collaborate with diverse teams, and maintain a professional and respectful work style.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred; vocational or academic training in business administration
