Administrative Assistant

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages professionally in Arabic and English
• Greet and assist walk-in clients, provide information, and ensure a welcoming office environment
• Help clients fill out forms, applications, and gather required documentation
• Perform accurate data entry, document management, and internal coordination
• Handle appointment scheduling and basic office organization
• Communicate effectively with government units and service partners when needed

Requirements

• Fluent in **both Arabic and English** (speaking, reading, writing)
• Excellent command of **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)**
• Experience using email platforms (especially Gmail or Outlook)
• 1–3 years of experience in administration or front office roles
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
