Role Description
The Administrative Assistant role at Karmi Valley Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar.
The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day office operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and supporting executive staff with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, organizing and updating electronic and physical files, and preparing basic reports and documentation.
The role also involves coordinating internal communication, assisting with travel arrangements and logistics, and ensuring office supplies and equipment are well-maintained.
The Administrative Assistant will collaborate closely with team members to support smooth business operations and uphold the company’s service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative support skills, including Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance.
- Proficient clerical abilities, such as Clerical Skills, record keeping, and document management.
- Effective Communication and professional Phone Etiquette, with the ability to interact clearly and courteously with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and basic data entry skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- High school diploma required; additional training or certification in administration or office management is an advantage.
