Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain organized filing systems and office records.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls.
  • Organize meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.

Human Resources Support

  • Assist with recruitment processes including job postings and interview coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Track attendance and leave records.
  • Support payroll preparation and staff benefit administration.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly followed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • **1–3 years of experience in an Admin or HR role.**
  • Strong knowledge of office and HR procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
