About the Role
We are a well-established auditing and accounting firm in Abu Dhabi looking for a dynamic and organized Female Administration Executive to join our team.
Candidates with tele-calling experience, accounting knowledge, and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services
- Schedule appointments for the audit and consulting team
- Handle incoming inquiries professionally
- Maintain and update client databases and records
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients
- Provide administrative and office support
- Handle documentation, filing, and office coordination
Requirements
- Female candidate (as per company requirement)
- UAE Taxation & Basic Accounting knowledge
- Previous experience in tele-calling/customer handling
- Good communication skills in EnglishHindi/Arabic speaking is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills
- Must be on a **Spouse Visa**
- Immediate joiners preferred
