About This Role

We are a Facilities Management company based in Abu Dhabi, looking to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong administrative and clerical skills.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, able to multitask, and capable of working efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must also be a strong communicator, capable of providing reliable and accurate support to management while handling confidential information.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate research and analysis
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conferences as required
  • Prepare and draft correspondence and documents
  • Compile, proofread, and revise reports and documents
  • Maintain daily records and proper filing systems
  • Prepare reports, quotations, presentations, and correspondence accurately and efficiently
  • Organize information and maintain reference systems
  • Answer and screen phone calls; respond to emails and messages professionally
  • Operate and maintain office equipment
  • Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and travel arrangements
  • Greet and receive guests and clients professionally
  • Provide efficient administrative support to the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (preferred)
  • Diploma or certification in Business Administration or related field (attested preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Good understanding of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of databases and tracking systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business communication tools
