About This Role
We are a Facilities Management company based in Abu Dhabi, looking to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong administrative and clerical skills.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, able to multitask, and capable of working efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must also be a strong communicator, capable of providing reliable and accurate support to management while handling confidential information.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate research and analysis
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conferences as required
- Prepare and draft correspondence and documents
- Compile, proofread, and revise reports and documents
- Maintain daily records and proper filing systems
- Prepare reports, quotations, presentations, and correspondence accurately and efficiently
- Organize information and maintain reference systems
- Answer and screen phone calls; respond to emails and messages professionally
- Operate and maintain office equipment
- Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and travel arrangements
- Greet and receive guests and clients professionally
- Provide efficient administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (preferred)
- Diploma or certification in Business Administration or related field (attested preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Good understanding of administrative and clerical procedures
- Knowledge of databases and tracking systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business communication tools
