Administrative And Procurement And Sales Specialist

will ensure the smooth and flawless operation of our entire mechanism.

Your Mission: Ensuring Flawless System Operation

  • You will be the crucial link guaranteeing the availability of the best components and the accuracy of our financial records.
  • Your tasks form the foundation upon which our winning computers are built:
  • **Strategic Procurement:**
  • Prompt acquisition of necessary components from our partners, and control over delivery timelines and quality.
  • **Sales**
  • : Managing the clients in the CRM system, communicating in chat rooms and by phone, meetings in the office, a full sales cycle from the first touch to the shipment of the finished product to the client.
  • **Financial Accuracy:**
  • Assisting the branch manager in collecting, approving, and preparing all financial and reporting documentation.
  • **Transaction Control:**
  • Full lifecycle support for orders, from placement to the delivery of the finished product or service provision to the client.
  • **Operational Order:**
  • Managing the warehouse program and documentation flow, and providing general administrative support for the office.
  • **Administrative tasks**
  • : Solving various administrative issues related to office and business support

Your Key Characteristics (Requirements)
