Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented **Administrative & Accounts Assistant** to join our clinic team.

The ideal candidate will support both accounting and administrative operations while ensuring accurate reporting and smooth day-to-day processes.

Accounting Support

  • Daily cash reconciliation
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Verify collections against the clinic system
  • Track doctor commissions
  • Track staff commissions
  • Prepare weekly revenue reports
  • Monitor outstanding payments
  • Organize invoices and supplier payments

Administrative Support

  • Prepare reports
  • Follow up on pending documents
  • Manage contracts and agreements
  • Organize staff files and DHA documents
  • Track license renewals
  • Manage office supplies

KPI Reporting

  • Every morning provide:
  • Yesterday’s revenue
  • Revenue by department
  • New patients
  • No-shows
  • Outstanding treatment plans
  • Pending payments
  • ⁠find and contact infuncers
  • own visa is preferred
