Administration & Systems - Manager Administration

Role overview

People leadership

• Coach, develop, schedule, recruit, and manage administration personnel; oversee performance and training.
• Manage hiring across departments, coordinate onboarding, and implement employee development programs.
• Manage store operations as required and support store functions.

Customer and compliance

• Create an engaging shopping experience, provide customer service, and resolve customer issues.
• Communicate and uphold company policies and ensure occupational health and safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements are followed.

Financial and administration

• Perform administrative and payroll functions; manage the department budget, store expenses, and inbound and outbound inventory.
• Ensure efficient operations meet financial targets and budgeted KPIs.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma and at least 18 months of administration or front-end experience.
• Above-average oral and written communication skills and knowledge of department and total store operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of Kronos and SAP.
