Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized **Administration & Sales Coordinator** to join our team.
This role is essential in driving new registrations and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for our existing members.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with a passion for helping others.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Management
- Make outbound calls and respond to inquiries from new leads.
- Provide comprehensive information about academy programs, schedules, pricing, and registration process.
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into registered members.
- Maintain accurate records of all communication and lead status in the CRM system.
- Ability to create engaging social media & google ads and promotional content to attract new leads and boost academy visibility.
Client Support & Administration
- Act as the main point of contact for existing clients regarding general inquiries, attendance, and complaints.
- Follow up with clients on outstanding payments, renewals, and documentation.
- Monitor attendance and alert management or parents of repeated absences or issues.
- Help manage class rosters, schedule changes, and internal communications.
- Coordinate with coaches and other staff to resolve client issues quickly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administration.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software, spreadsheets, and other office tools.
- Passion for youth sports or familiarity with athletic programs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
