Administration Officer

No two days are the same in this dynamic role. You'll be involved in a variety of administrative and patient-facing responsibilities, including:

Welcoming patients and delivering exceptional customer service

Managing admissions and facilitating a smooth patient journey

Conducting financial and health fund checks

Preparing and maintaining accurate medical records

Processing patient payments and administrative documentation

Communicating with patients to finalise pre-admission requirements

Coordinating with doctors' rooms and hospital departments

Answering and directing phone enquiries professionally and efficiently

Supporting the broader administration team with data entry and general clerical tasks
