Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administration role based in Dubai.

The Administration professional will support daily clinic and hospital operations, including managing patient appointments, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating communication between patients, clinicians, and other departments.

The role involves handling front-desk reception duties, answering inquiries, processing documentation, and ensuring that administrative procedures comply with organizational and regulatory standards.

The individual will assist with data entry, filing, and reporting, while monitoring office supplies and supporting scheduling, meetings, and logistics.

Collaboration with clinical and non-clinical teams, along with providing courteous, efficient service to patients and visitors, will be central to this position.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling, records management, and document control.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, email) and comfort working with healthcare or ERP systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
  • Customer service orientation, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
  • Previous experience in healthcare administration, hospital or clinic reception, or a similar office-based role is preferred.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in administration, healthcare management, business, or a related field is desirable.
  • Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and quality improvement.
