About the role

We are looking for an Administration Assistant to provide reliable, day-to-day support across the business, helping ensure our office and project teams run smoothly and efficiently.

This role directly supports our Office Manager and Marketing and Engagement Manager, increasing their capacity and enabling a more efficient workload.

It also provides exposure across all aspects of the business, including collaboration with project teams and management.

The successful candidate will be a great cultural fit, bring a positive and willing attitude, and enjoy working collaboratively with teams while communicating clearly and confidently.

This is a great opportunity for a business graduate looking to start their career in administration, or for someone returning to the workforce or seeking flexible hours.

Training opportunities will be provided, so you are not expected to be proficient in all areas from the outset.

While this is a full time role, we offer flexibility around working arrangements, including school hours if needed, making it a role that can adapt to different stages of life while still offering meaningful and varied work.

Purpose

*To provide reliable, day-to-day administrative support to Sagle Constructions, ensuring the business runs smoothly and efficiently, and enabling the Office Manager and Marketing & Engagement Manager to focus on their key priorities.*

Accountabilities

  • Attend to phones and facilitate enquiries
  • Maintain a well-run, clean and fully stocked office environment (kitchen, amenities, consumables, stationery).
  • Manage mail, deliveries and general office upkeep.
  • Assist with weekly office coordination including groceries and Friday lunches.
  • Provide administrative support across Sagle SA and VIC
  • Assist with document preparation, formatting, printing and record keeping.
  • Support timesheet entry, data management and maintaining registers.
  • Assist with setting up new projects including job folders and documentation.
  • Support site setup including procurement of stock, safety equipment and materials.
  • Assist in tracking compliance items and project admin requirements.
  • Help maintain plant, equipment and asset registers.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing & Engagement Manager including events and communications.
  • Assist with writing and scheduling social media posts, metric tracking and reporting.
  • Assist with event logistics such as RSVPs, bookings and catering.
  • Support database updates and communications distribution.
  • Assist with meeting coordination including bookings, agendas and minutes.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding administration.
  • Assist with training bookings and staff record management.
  • Coordinate suppliers including office, uniforms, signage and IT requirements.
  • Support procurement activities such as supplier setup and applications.
  • Makes decisions about
  • Prioritisation of day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Organisation of office supplies and administrative systems.
  • Coordination of routine admin activities and scheduling.

  • Salary Range (open for negotiation)
  • $65,000 - $75,000
