Role overview
Workshop Admin role based in Dubai, UAE, supporting workshop operations in the Oil & Gas industrial market.
Coordinates logistics, repair schedules, material orders, and administration to support component repairs.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with sales engineers, end users, suppliers, finance, and the local EOHS Safety & Security Officer.
- Process repair and technical quotations; prepare cost estimates, commercial proposals, sales agreements, and contracts.
- Hand orders over to operations and support execution locally when requested.
- Handle logistics, paperwork, data entry, order acknowledgements, invoicing, and sales documentation.
- Forecast weekly and monthly order intake and revenue; support sales-area management and customer-base growth.
- Respond to client problems and complaints, and follow company health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in administration or equivalent.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience, including workshop administration in the Oil & Gas industrial market.
- Fluent spoken and written English; familiarity with MS Office and ERP applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, independence, and a high quality conscience.
- Complete company, software, and external training as directed.
