Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant / Secretary to provide administrative support and ensure the efficient operation of the office.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain records, files, and office documentation.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and scheduling of appointments.
- Assist with data entry and report preparation.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain office calendars.
- Support daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks when required.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma, diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous administrative or office experience is preferred but not required.
- **Philippine nationals are preferred**
- Pay: Up to QAR4,000.00 per month
