Key Responsibilities

• As a Renewal Executive, you will oversee the lease renewal lifecycle to maximize tenant retention and ensure seamless operations:
• **Lease Management:** Track lease expiry dates, initiate contact with tenants, and coordinate the end-to-end renewal process.
• **Documentation & Accuracy:** Prepare, issue, and finalize renewal notices, quotations, and lease agreements. Ensure all lease documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies.
• **Tenant Relations:** Build strong, lasting tenant relationships, provide top-tier customer service, and address inquiries regarding renewal terms or rental rates.
• **Negotiation & Approvals:** Negotiate renewal terms within established company guidelines and coordinate necessary approvals with stakeholders.
• **Data & Reporting:** Maintain updated tenant records and lease files. Update property management systems, monitor pending renewals, and track performance metrics like retention rates to prepare periodic reports.
• **Follow-Ups:** Diligently follow up on outstanding documents, payments, and approvals to close out renewals smoothly.

Requirements

• **Experience:** **2 to 3 years** of experience in property management is a must.
• **Skills:** Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• **Systems:** Familiarity with property management software/CRM tools is highly preferred.
• **Attitude:** A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
