Job Description
- Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer’s expectations.
- Guarantying the quality of service
- Leading and promoting the products of the restaurant internally
- Organizing the welcoming of guests
- Developing a commercial behavior in order to improve the indicators of performance of the point of sale
- Developing a commercial behavior in order to be a source of suggestions for clients.
- Carry out additional tasks as instructed by management.
- Presenting the bill to the client and proceeding to his / her checkout according to the procedures
- Respecting all the administrative procedures of the restaurant
- Able to communicate in English (verbal, reading and writing) Arabic speaker, Russian speaker.
- Interest and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.
- Excellent presentation and elocution
- Mastering techniques of sales and service
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
