Role overview

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit operational, financial, and occupancy reports to management.
• Process Forms A, B, and F and other real estate documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Manage property listings on major portals, including Property Finder, and respond promptly to client inquiries.
• Coordinate and schedule client appointments, property viewings, and business meetings.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain required documentation for UAE AML compliance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Dubai real estate administration.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate procedures, including DLD, Trakheesi, and RERA processes.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software; CRM experience is an advantage.
• Ability to support management and the sales team and coordinate with agents, clients, developers, and authorities.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
