We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented **Admin & Projects Coordinator** to join our growing team in the UAE.
In this role, you will be the bridge between day-to-day office administration and project execution.
You will support project managers, streamline operations, and ensure that our projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities
- **Project Support:** Track project progress, maintain project schedules, and coordinate deliverables across different departments.
- **Documentation & Reporting:** Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, proposals, and status reports.
- **Office Administration:** Oversee daily office operations, manage schedules, arrange travel/vessel logistics, and handle incoming correspondence.
- **Vendor & Stakeholder Communication:** Act as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure smooth project workflows.
- **Compliance & Procurement:** Assist with local UAE procurement processes, obtain vendor quotes, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- **Experience:** Minimum **2 years of experience** in the UAE within Real Estate, Facilities Management, or Construction administration.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must for tracking snag lists) and CRM software.
- **Knowledge:** Strong understanding of UAE building maintenance standards and materials (e.g., marble fixing, door polishing, and MEP basics).
- **Communication:** Fluent in English and Tagalog.
