Job Description
We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Admin Operations Executive to manage daily administrative and operational activities in an automobile showroom.
The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, documentation, and customer handling skills to ensure smooth showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day showroom administrative and operational activities
- Maintain vehicle records, sales documents, invoices, and customer files
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, HR, and service departments
- Manage showroom schedules, appointments, and staff coordination
- Prepare reports, quotations, and operational documents
- Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth office functioning
- Assist in vehicle registration, insurance, and delivery documentation
- Handle customer inquiries and support front-office activities
- Ensure proper filing and compliance with company procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration or operations, preferably in the automobile industry
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour
