Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Admin Operator Female with experience in maintenance technical services to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Coordinate with maintenance technicians and site teams
Prepare and update job orders, reports, and service documentation
Schedule and follow up on maintenance works
Communicate with clients and ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain records of maintenance activities and materials
Support operations team with coordination and planning
Requirements
Previous experience in the maintenance / technical services industry is a must
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Knowledge of maintenance operations is highly preferred
