We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support the smooth functioning of the office.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities and experience handling office administration in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and support operations.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls and document filing.
- Maintain employee records and company documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors and service providers.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, quotations and presentations.
- Schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when required.
- Support HR activities, including attendance records and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
Requirements
- **Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.**
- **3–4 years of UAE experience** in administration or office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
