Responsibilities

• Manage office workflows, maintain records, and coordinate schedules.
• Ensure smooth communication across internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor invoicing, expense tracking, and vendor payments.
• Assist with customer inquiries and service coordination.
• Prepare reports and support management with data and documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements aligned with service standards and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills for work with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical skills and basic finance knowledge for reporting, budgeting support, and transaction oversight.
• Administrative assistance capabilities in document management, scheduling, and office coordination.
• Proficiency with standard office software, such as MS Office or equivalent, and digital tools for documentation and reporting.
• Relevant administration or operations management experience; interiors, construction, or related service industry experience is preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

Pay

• Pay starts at AED 4,000 per month.

Work location

• The role is onsite in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
