Job Summary

The Admin In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the administrative and coordination functions of the laundry facility.

This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by managing records, staff coordination, customer communication, inventory tracking, and supporting operational efficiency.

1. Administrative Management

  • Maintain daily records of laundry intake and delivery.
  • Prepare reports on daily/weekly/monthly operations.
  • Handle documentation, filing, and data entry.

2. Customer Coordination

  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Ensure timely communication regarding order status and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain customer database and service records.

3. Staff Coordination

  • Supervise attendance, duty schedules, and leave records of laundry staff.
  • Coordinate between washing, ironing, and delivery teams.
  • Support HR in onboarding and basic staff administration.

4. Inventory & Supplies Management

  • Monitor stock levels of detergents, chemicals, packaging materials, and uniforms.
  • Raise purchase requests and coordinate with procurement.
  • Ensure proper usage and minimize wastage.

5. Billing & Documentation

  • Prepare invoices and receipts for customers.
  • Track payments, outstanding balances, and coordinate with accounts.
  • Maintain financial and operational records accurately.

6. Operational Support

  • Ensure proper workflow from collection to delivery.
  • Monitor turnaround time and service quality.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements.

7. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain records related to safety, equipment maintenance, and inspections.
