We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Admin & HR Assistant to support our daily administrative and human resources operations.
Administrative Duties
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Maintain employee records, files, and company documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requirements.
Human Resources Duties
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain HR databases and personnel records.
- Assist in attendance monitoring, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate visa, licensing, and regulatory documentation as required.
- Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and healthcare industry regulations is an advantage.
