Job Description
- As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes.
- You will provide support to various departments and help maintain an efficient office environment.
- The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.
- **Key Responsibilities:**.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Assest the Finance & Accounting Departments with invoices.
- Monitor Work Orders & coordinate with the site team
- Perform other administrative tasks as require
Requirements
- Teaching Background experience preferred.
- Proven experience as an Admin Officer, Office Administrator, or in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
