About This Role

We are looking for a highly organized and accountable Admin & Finance Assistant who can handle both administrative and financial responsibilities independently.

Location: Dubai

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Full-time)

Salary: Starting from AED 4,500 (to be discussed based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full control of daily administrative operations
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on all payments
  • Monitor expenses and maintain accurate financial records
  • Track all incoming and outgoing payments without delays
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns through FTA portal (mandatory experience)
  • Assist in Corporate Tax filing and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
  • Coordinate directly with external accountant and auditor
  • Manage project schedules based on payments and client confirmations
  • Follow up strictly with clients for approvals and outstanding payments
  • Prepare contracts, LPOs, and all project-related documentation
  • Maintain proper filing system for all company documents
  • Support digital marketing updates (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Provide regular reports to management

Requirements (Strict):

  • Proven experience in UAE handling VAT submissions (FTA portal)
  • Basic understanding of Corporate Tax in UAE
  • Strong Excel and financial tracking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Good communication skills (English required)
  • Candidates without UAE VAT experience will not be considered
