Job Overview
We are seeking a **reliable and organized Admin Executive** with a **valid UAE driving license** to support daily administrative tasks and oversee day-to-day operations.
The role requires regular visits to holiday home units to ensure quality, coordination with teams, and smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all administrative duties including documentation, filing, emails, and record management
- Monitor day-to-day operations of holiday home units
- Visit properties regularly to inspect cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness for guests
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and external vendors
- Report operational issues and follow up until resolution
- Assist with check-in/check-out coordination when required
- Maintain updated records of units, keys, inventories, and schedules
- Support management with reports and operational updates
Requirements
- Previous experience in an admin or operations role (hospitality or holiday homes preferred)
- **Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)**
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
