Admin Cum Tele sales (Arabic Speaking)
About This Role
Job Summary
ECOWIDE GENERAL TRADING LLC is looking for a motivated and performance-driven Tele sales cum Admin Executive to handle calls, manage customer inquiries, and support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in both English and Arabic, ability to maintain organized records while building long-term customer relationships across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls
Respond to customer inquiries professionally in English and Arabic
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic reports
Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams for order processing
Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Handle basic office administrative tasks and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in tele sales, telemarketing, customer service, or administrative roles in the UAE is preferred
Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to multitask between sales and administrative duties
Target-oriented with a confident and positive attitude
Professional handling of objections and customer concerns
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Candidates currently residing in the UAE will be given preference
Salary & Benefits
Monthly salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 (based on experience and performance)
