Admin cum HR Executive (with Basic Accounts Knowledge)

Job Summary

We are looking for a **well-kempt, organized, and proactive Admin cum HR Executive** with 1–3 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative, HR, and basic accounting knowledge while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Excellent telephone etiquette, communication skills, and a presentable appearance are essential for this role.

Administration

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain office records, files, and confidential documents.
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and general administrative activities.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.

Human Resources

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and attendance.
  • Support leave management, visa documentation, and HR administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and HR-related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Accounts

  • Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping activities.
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment records.
  • Maintain expense records and support finance documentation.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for routine financial tasks.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in Administration, HR, or Office Management.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Excellent telephone etiquette with a polite and professional approach.
  • **Well-kempt** and presentable in appearance with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a construction, engineering, or consultancy environment is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with HR documentation and UAE office procedures is preferred.
  • Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
