Job Summary
We are looking for a **well-kempt, organized, and proactive Admin cum HR Executive** with 1–3 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative, HR, and basic accounting knowledge while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Excellent telephone etiquette, communication skills, and a presentable appearance are essential for this role.
Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Maintain office records, files, and confidential documents.
- Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and general administrative activities.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
Human Resources
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records and attendance.
- Support leave management, visa documentation, and HR administrative tasks.
- Coordinate employee engagement and HR-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Accounts
- Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment records.
- Maintain expense records and support finance documentation.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for routine financial tasks.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Administration, HR, or Office Management.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Excellent telephone etiquette with a polite and professional approach.
- **Well-kempt** and presentable in appearance with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a construction, engineering, or consultancy environment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HR documentation and UAE office procedures is preferred.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
