We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to assist clients with immigration services.
The role involves consulting applicants, negotiating service agreements, managing client relationships, and providing administrative support throughout the process.
Preferable in **Freshers** in Dubai with previous experience in their home country.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Conduct initial interview, consultations, and explain immigration options.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams and maintain accurate administrative records.
- Provide timely updates and support throughout the application process.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, call center, administration, or client relations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in english.
- Ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, especially Asia and the Middle East.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office software is an advantage.
