About This Role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin cum Assistant to support daily office operations and assist management with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office documentation, filing, and records
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Support day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks
- Coordinate with different departments as required
- Prepare reports, presentations, and basic data entry work
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
Requirements:
- Proven experience in admin or assistant role preferred
- Must have own valid UAE visa
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Salary: AED 2,500 to 3,000
