Position Overview
We are currently looking for a **detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Admin cum Assistant Accountant** to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily administrative operations while supporting accounting functions to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and office operations
- Assist with accounting tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Maintain financial records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support VAT-related documentation and compliance
- Coordinate internal communications and documentation
- Handle office correspondence, scheduling, and reporting
Requirements
- Candidates currently based in **Abu Dhabi** are preferred
- **Candidates from Kerala** will be given preference
- **Female candidates preferred**
- Minimum **1–2 years of UAE experience** in a similar role
- Good knowledge of **VAT regulations and accounting procedures**
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)**
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Fluency in **Malayalam and English** is required
