Admin cum Accounts Assistant to work in Dubai

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Monitor customer aging reports and ensure timely collection of receivables.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Record receipts and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare customer statements of account when required.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams regarding customer billing.
• Maintain filing systems and company records.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and office coordination.
• Support other accounting and finance activities as required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment collections.
• Experience using accounting software such as ERPNext, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar ERP systems.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with confidence following up on overdue payments.
• Good understanding of invoicing, customer ledgers, and account reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude, dependable, and able to work independently.
