Role overview

Workplace and employment

• Full-time, permanent position.
• Work location is in person at M40, Musaffah, Abu Dhabi.

Compensation

• Salary is AED 2,500–3,000 per month, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Tally accounts for invoices, receipts, payments, purchases, and expenses.
• Manage petty cash and reconcile staff cash transfers with receipts and supporting records.
• Reconcile bank, supplier, and customer accounts; track receivables, payables, and outstanding invoices and follow up on payments.
• Prepare financial summaries and maintain VAT reporting documents.
• Process payroll, attendance, overtime, leave records, and employee settlements.
• Maintain employee files and track visa, Emirates ID, and other document renewals.
• Handle office administration, filing, correspondence, and coordination with staff, clients, and suppliers.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents using Excel and Word.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Tally and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, including Excel formulas and reconciliation reports.
• Experience handling administration, HR support, and payroll.
• English and Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work independently.
• Previous UAE accounting experience is preferred; contracting or construction industry experience is an advantage.
