Job Summary
We are looking for an Marine crew Admin Coordinator with marine/offshore experience to handle daily administrative and crew coordination activities for marine operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare crew timesheets and attendance records.
- Daily communication with crew, projects, HR, and clients.
- Verify and maintain crew documents (Passport, QID, CDC, STCW, Medical, etc.).
- Handle all administrative and document control activities.
- Maintain crew files, vessel records, and operational documents.
- Coordinate crew changes, mobilization, and HR documentation.
- Prepare daily reports, correspondence, and operational updates.
- Handle daily emails and communication with internal departments and clients.
- Maintain proper filing and tracking of marine documents and certificates.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of marine/offshore/shipping administration experience.
- Good knowledge of crew documentation and coordination.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- GCC/Qatar marine experience preferred.
- Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
